SPAIN.- Bio Fuel Systems, a European company, has launched in Alicante (Southern Spain) the first production of bio-oil, an oil produced with natural processes that emulate those generated by traditional fossil oil, but instead of taking million years to create the natural phenomenon that holds the current world's energy needs, the cycle has been reduced to a few days with two main peculiarities, that is, that the energy used to create the natural miracle is just the sun without additives, and that the raw matteria is the pollutant carbon dioxide captured from the atmosphere, which is made to disappear forever.

The new bio-oil has the same characteristics and traditional uses. Thus, fuels such as gasoline for automobiles has been already distillated, just as kerosene for aircraft, plastics and derivatives, and all and every one of the products which were previously monopolized by obtaining oil from offshore or land. Scientific and technological progress is of extraordinary importance and global significance, due to its cappacity to stablish a new balance in which power no longer lies in the possession of oil reserves, by the mere fact that the primary energy source is, from today, a mayor standard available for any country.

BFS has not only produced biomass, the biopteróleo or its derivatives, but also generated the first industrial process that makes it profitable, efficient and marketable at the moment, whether they are already working in their labs and test facilities in new models to further optimize the result by holding square meter, leading to limits to those far from being unexpected. It has meant the opening of new avenues of implementation.

Still, other minimal studies on approaching on the technology already installed in Alicante, the real and tangible today, show that bio-oil plant pollution 0, on a specific extension in a place such as the Tabernas Desert (southern Spain) - the leading European test center for clean energy obtained from sun- would be enouh to obtain the same daily amount of bio-oil barrels daily demand across the country on fossil oil and generate about 50,000 direct jobs for highly qualified personnel.

The progress achieved not only has given us an alternative raw material and of similar results to known oil yields, but beyond its benefits to the environment as its main raw material is the excess CO2 from the atmosphere, that is to say, to produce oil that uses one of the main problems caused by man, the same carbon dioxide that causes global warming.

The first plant, which is already operating at full capacity, will be presented in society as soon as possible by the president of Bio Fuel Systems, Bernard AJ Stroiazzo-Mougin. Installed next to a cement industry, CO2 emissions have been directed to produce the bio-oil generation process, thereby eliminating a contaminant threat and obtaining a raw material for fuel to be able to use again. Furthermore, the first major installation is said to be presented from the beginning of the year, which is to be located in Portugal, as well as bringing forward some of the orders already accepted and which fall in production for different countries.
